All the coffee: Denver cafes we hit for our daily fix

At Sifted, we believe in building community. We have feet on the ground in each of our cities because our food and service is inspired by the culture, eater preferences, and partners unique to that city. We are local to each of our cities, which is why we talk about ourselves as a restaurant without walls and a company without a headquarters.
Our team works from anywhere and everywhere, and often from our favorite spots in town where we can make a new connection and learn someone’s story. We’ve hunkered down in the corner booth of our fair share of coffee shops, swapped business cards across espresso, and scoured for outlets. Here are just a few of the Denver spots that have the Sifted stamp of approval:
- Aviano - If open garage doors and carefully crafted drinks are your thing, don’t pass on the killer patio at Aviano. It’s perfect for that Friday afternoon boost of inspiration.
- Steam - The quaint patio at Steam, outfitted with deep wooden benches is the perfect setting for small teams. Our Denver team can be found posted up here, with shoes off and cold-brew in hand, dreaming big about Sifted’s future.
- Black Eye Coffee - Looking for a trendy spot to tackel your solo work? Check out Black Eye Coffee, conveniently located in LoHi. One of our favorites for quick meet + greets but probably not the best for taking calls.
- Highlands Cork + Coffee - For your quiet work days, settle into a comfy seat inside at Highlands Cord + Coffee. The expansive outdoor patio means your summer work days can be spent enjoying the sunshine.
- Post - Post, located in the vibrant RiNo district, is brewing up big flavors from a small space - a repurposed shipping container. Stop in between meetings or for a quick refuel of caffeine and tasty pastries.
Keep it Local
Supporting our fellow local businesses is a cornerstone of our culture, which is why we buy coffee all around town. It’s also why we source ingredients for Sifted lunches from local vendors like Sweets + Sourdough, Red Bird Farms, and Colie’s Pastries, and donate daily lunch leftovers to local partners like Food Bank of the Rockies.
